Late Night Bloging

Just thought i'd show everyone my progress ... i've have now finished the back and the right side piece of my much altered bolero. I'm usually quite a fast knitter, but i seem to be going quite slowly at the moment ... by the way, does anyone have a good way to keep thier old knitting needles nice and smooth? My old hand-me-downs are getting a wee bit ruff around the edges :( But that is my fault for not wanting to part with them (I love anything old and warn in.)

I've also started a winter wooly scarf for my bessa freind. She asked me a couple weeks back, so i thought i'd make a real effort to get going on it, i'll have to see if i can pick up some more wool for it tomorrow, but i'm happy to do this for her!!
