evreythings running smoothly

So the lace scarf is going great, i'm so proud of myself for giving it a go, maybe i'm just too worried that i'm going to get things wrong, so i figure that i might as well not try ... but now i think that because i've taken the time to sit down and persevere, it has made me more adventerous and happy to take on more challenging patterns. Big smiles all round!!

I will post a picture of the scarf when it's finished, i've only got maybe 6 or 7 more repeats to do. Watch this page.

In the meantime here is a winter cardy that i've stated work on, for when i'm too tired to concentrate on the lace i can just get carried away with this without having to think (too much anyway!)
The pattern is for Sirdar Click, but i'm using the same weight in a cheaper acrylic instead, in a chocolate brown colour.

And here's how i'm progressing. I have the back, and both front parts finished. Just the sleeves and the edging left to do. It has come up quite short, but it will be a changed from all my long cardy's.
