As you can see I've made a mistake with the shaping ( crudely pointed out by using 'Paint' hehe)

I've been making lots of knitting and after care mistakes recently. I completely ruined my Sirdar Click cardigan that i did at Christmas, purely by forgetting it was in the washing machine before i set it to tumble dry!
Thankfully though i have bought new wool for that and I'm eager to re-knit it, this time in a deep Burgundy. Maybe I'm just not paying enough attention, or maybe I'm losing my knitting powers? Time will only tell

Oh no! That is such a shame about your cardigan. I can't believe you are being so positive about it! I'm sure it will look great in burgundy too though.
Oh dear Jose - my heart goes out to you. I once did the same with two of DH's handknits - one a pure Alpaca that I had designed and knitted, and one a beloved souvenir from a Greek holiday. Still have an ouch feeling 25 years on!
